
About Us
The BK Run Project was founded amid the pandemic in by a diverse group of Brooklyn-based running coaches. Throughout years of training and coaching together we have developed a unique bond with one another and with the local running community. After months of isolation, the urge to resume group training as a shared effort and, most importantly, as a fun time together, brought our community together again.
Group training is at the core of BK Run Project's approach. We trust that sharing workouts, objectives, successes and setbacks makes us all better runners. We welcome all, regardless of background and ability, whether you are new to the sport or aiming to improve your performances. We believe that a great running experience is the result not only of the hardship and discipline of training but also of shared achievements, mutual support, and good laughs.
