Here’s What We Do

 

Tuesday Workouts

These are “track workouts” for people who didn’t do track...AND for people who did. We don’t care. We don’t rank. We’re all adults now: designers and teachers and (probably) accountants and activists—moms and dads, and not moms and dads, and we just get out, sweat a little, and ride that tiny wave of self-righteousness all day.

But yeah, track workouts. We’re talking short bursts of running—with rest periods in between—to induce a little power and strength. And more fun that it sounds. Would this face lie?

Thursday Workouts

These are steady-state runs. That just means that, unlike Tuesday’s workouts, these runs are continuous, no rest periods, but also not as intense. These build endurance and, like all of our workouts, are done at *your* speed. Track stars and theatre kids, all are welcome: you’ll get the workout *you* need. Or your money back! Nope. Sorry, we bought a goat farm and moved to Ukiah. Come visit soon!
